Over the ensuing 50 years, AVA has maintained Mr. Allen's focus on the
zealous pursuit of quality, luxury and craftsmanship. We are very proud

For more than a half century, we have maintained our reputation as the
builder of the finest single family custom residences in Southwest Florida.
While we remain the builder of choice in Port Royal, we have built exceptionally

Today,
our company is directed by John Remington, who learned the art
of building the finest single family custom residences as an essential
member of Mr. Allen's firm. John purchased the company upon Mr. Allen's
retirement in 1978. Over the ensuing years, John has deepened our company's
commitment to the highest possible standards of quality, craftsmanship
and customer service. 
We carefully select and retain only the most talented and dedicated craftsmen. Many members of the AVA family have worked for our company for more than a quarter of a century.
